    The good thingsMy internship at this company is not on salary. even so, I am very grateful for being given a very good companion employee, very comfortable to have a discussion with. young employees there are also very cooperative, easy to communicate and also share knowledge.
    The challengesMy difficulty is that there is no training on what to do. besides that, the absence of a salary makes the motivation for the spirit to work gradually diminish. But the thing that makes me grateful is the mentor who understands my situation and my colleague so that we can solve this smoothly. Thank you

    A Complete and Interesting Internship Experience in PT Pertamina EP CEPU
    The good things(1) the employee and my superior there treat me friendly and warm (2) In doing my task, my superior and colleagues patiently giving me direction step by step. (3) The burden and responsibility I got there are appropriate with my field and specification which is financial management.
    The challenges(1) There is adaptation problem in early moment I work there, such as how to administrated the invoice documents into the Bantex, and how to scanning the document into the company database. This is happened because working in PT Pertamina EP CEPU is my first working experience.

    The good thingsOn that commpany, i have learned many things like knowledge, information, people, and company culture. All the people that works in there were a friendly and serious person. And of course the facility that i got is very usefull for me to work in that place.
