    Dunia lawyering keras, masuk Farida Law Office bisa menjadi gerbang untuk memahami profesi lawyer seperti apa. Setiap kantor hukum memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan masing-masing. I still be grateful to be employed here.
    The good things1.Bagus untuk membentuk mental bagi orang-orang yang memang ingin mengasah ilmu dan kepribadian. 2.Setiap hari akan selalu menemukan dan mempelajari hal baru baik dari sisi ilmu hukum maupun hubungan sosial. 3. Kemampuan analisis, drafting, dan komunikasi meningkat pesat. 4. Rekanan yang mayoritas positif and supportive
    The challenges1. Harus siap lembur meskipun pekerjaan tidak urgent 2. Miskomunikasi sering terjadi karena beberapa orang lack of managerial skill 3. Atasan yang kurang versatile dan belum memiliki pengalaman hukum yang diverse 4. Menguras emosi, i mean there's probability that you need professional treatment (which is good for someone who seeks thrill and self development)

    disini kekeluargaannya sangat kuat, no diversity, gaji juga lumayan, but tekanan kerjanya sangat tinggi, terlebih atasan kurang memperhatikan mental karyawanya saat memberikan arahan, harus siap kerja 1 tahun no resign, gue yang bukan gen Z aja ga betah, ya berharap bisa diperbaiki kedepan agar berkembang, karena bagaimanapun gue belajar banyak disini.

    The good thingsPrinciples set, annual outing, several times review of salary per year, nice location of office, clean office, communication subsidies, family atmosphere, all our staff who challenged advocate exam success! congratulations!
    The challengesAll the section has enough goal to work, for legal staff, studying the law while working is the best place, meeting will be done by English, most staffs can speak english, abundant books in the library which you can challenge to read.
