    The good thingsGajinya lumayan untuk lulusan SMA/SMK/MA. Ada banyak insentif yang diterima meskipun tidak capai target.
    The challengesJam kerja tidak tentu, kadang bisa sampai jam 5 subuh. Orang-orangnya tergantung cabang, kalo dicabang itu enak ya berarti kedepannya kerjaanmu juga akan enak. Tapi kalo dari awal ga enak berarti kedepannya juga ga akan lancar. Rata-rata karyawannya julid-julid dan hobi ngurusin hidup orang. Kalo marah kadang ga inget sama perasaan orang lain, kasar-kasar.
