    The good thingssistem roster 2 minggu on 1 minggu off, terdapat akomodasi dari dan ke tempat kerja, dapat mes dan makan 3 kali sehari dan extrafooding saat shift malam. Kerjaan berisiko tinggi tapi lingkungan kerja nyaman dan mendukung. Peralatan kerja dan APD terpenuhi dengan baik. Manajemen sangat memperhatikan HSE di tempat kerja.
    The challengesPengembangan karir agak berat karena kita hanya menjual jasa teknik. Pelatihan dasar HSE ada namun untuk pelatihan untuk lebih meningkatkan skill agak kurang. Semoga ke depannya pelatihan peningkatan skill dapat lebih ditingkatkan.

    The challengeskarena saya terkontrak di perkasa pusat namun lokasi kerja saya di Surabaya, dimana di Surabaya representatif perkasa hanya ada 1 orang, jadi komunikasi untuk keperluan seperti permohonan ID card, info BPJS,dll sedikit susah, karena bila representatif sedang dinas luar kantor, maka harus coba kontak yang di kantor pusat, dan itu terkadang respon baliknya cukup waktu, mungkin karena staff di pusat sedang sibuk
