    The good thingsPerusahaan ini sangat terbuka bagi lulusan baru dan diberikan arahan atau mentoring oleh manager dan vp secara langsung Di posisi saya sebagai HR sangat terbantu dengan semua SBU dari MidPlaza holding selain Perkom karena kami saling bertukar informasi dan membantu. Adanya meeting bulanan dan lain. Kenaikan gaji ada disetiap tahun, ada kemungkinan pindah role pekerjaan kalau memang kiteria kita masuk di posisi yang kosong tersebut.
    The challengesSecara HR Management di perusahaan ini masih sangat harus ketat diperbaiki, karyawan masih bamyak yang terlambat dan absen masih kategori merah. Namun perlahan kedisplinan mulai ada dan management mulai terarah. Kita diarahkan untuk belajar dari apa yang kita lakukan, diposisi saya sendiri supervisi atasan termasuk jarang namun ambil positif aja. Intinya Perkom perusahaan yang sangat baik untuk lulusan baru tapi tidak untuk posisi senior
