    The good thingsBanyak pengalaman dan pembelajaran yang saya dapatkan selama bekerja di perusahaan. Bisa upgrade ilmu karena tial bulan sering ada training. Lingkungan yang cukup baik (tergantung penempatan). Gaji lumayan oke jika tembus target ada bonus tambahan. Jika belum capai target gaji pokok lumayan jg + ada tambahan tunjangan untuk jabatan apoteker.
    The challengesTarget yang besar yang harus dicapai tiap bulannya baik target toko maupun target pribadi. Jarak rumah dan tempat kerja yang jauh jika pulang terlalu malam suka takut karena daerah rawan begal. Komunikasi dengan pihak manajemen yang kurang oke. Respon lama jika ingin berurusan dengan pihak manajemen.
