    The challenges- Top Leader suka membawa teman2nya untuk join di company ini - Penilaian subyektif lebih like & dislike, bahkan ketika achieve sekalipun - Terlalu banyak expat sehingga menyebabkan tingginya fix cost - Meeting hingga malam hari sudah menjadi agenda biasa - Sistem data masih manual, tidak terupdate dengan baik
