    Great Working Environment!
    The good thingsAt first I was quite thrilled in realizing how it is to work as an HR in a place where everybody is technically recruiters themselves who are very familiar with how an HR person works. However, my colleagues are friendly and supportive people who gives constructive criticism I think is necessary in my growth! Easily one of the best working environment in my years of career.
    The challengesThe challenges are more about the variety of workload and how to engage everyone in our program with a lot of people working remotely.

    The good thingsYou can improve yous skill in here, because they open hand for fresh graduate and give much experience. and you can show your capability. they have high target so it makes you discipline for your achievement. if you achieve more than your target, the incentive can be multiple than your salary. they also working ontime and hard. you can learn many things in here. and you have funny and awesome boss

    This company might suitable for certain type of person who likes to work in organized, structured, and rules-oriented type and might not for the one who has free spirit and like to have flexible working environment. Somehow this company will be great for someone who loves challenge, the emotion will be slightly dynamic, you can be feel very satisfied if achieved the target, or down when not. So emotional regulation is really needed here.
    The good things-People are mostly kind and polite, and they know a burden each other. -Average ages is condidered young, around 21 - 30s (the oldest) so they're mostly have youth spirit -Basically for HR division, our respobsibility is about the KPI Basic, and KPI amount, so there's no pressure to have an overtime since it will back to everyone's own responsibility. If you want to overtime, go ahead.. but if not, that's no problem. you only have responsible during the work hours -Location is pretty strategic from Transjakarta & Trains station
    The challengesThe working environment is so competitive and pretty individualist. Each person has their own target so I could understand, it can make them somehow a lil bit apathetic. If you're looking for a warm, chit-chat kind of company, this is not the place. Everyone are busy to survive themselves. But if you like structured, rules-oriented type, Reeracoen is the right one. my point, that's depend on each person's personality who suits the best for this type of work environment

    A door for fresh graduates who wants to get a grasp on working life
    The good things- Management tend to like fresh graduates better than professionals, so it's a good place for fresh graduates who wants to open a door in pursuing their HR (Recruitment) career - There is no limit. This company didn't make their consultant working on a certain industry/job function only, we can learn many things. - Employees are on the same age group (mostly), so there's no seniority. - Salary always on time - Working time is strictly 9AM to 6PM (management will not push you to do overtime)
    The challenges- Main focus are KPI, Target, and Sales amount. "Human" aspects are sometimes being left out. - Since almost every employee start from fresh graduates, many are still clueless and immature in terms of generating ideas for developments, problem solving, etc. - Micromanagement is strongly implemented. You have no room to "breathe". - Even though it's not a really big company (yet), but there are 30 Japanese working here at the moment. So, the Japanese culture and working style are very strong (both good and bad)

    Nice place for you who are hungry for learning!
    The good thingsLove the company's vision, mission, and value. Those are aligned with my own. People are mostly kind. My manager taught me a lot of things, I do feel my skill improved immediately after I start working here. The cool part is, I can do my work in my own way, as long as my daily target is accomplished. That's where my creativity really developed. You'll also get a lot of appreciation if you are succeeded to achieve your target.
    The challengesSometimes people could become too individualist; too absorbed in their work, and as the results the working environment could be very boring. Moreover, you could not listen to music or eat while working. The KPI target sometimes could be a real burden btw. That's why self-regulation and time management skills are really needed if you work here.
