    This company is only suitable as a stepping stone, not recommended for long-term career. It is better for leaders in PTB to be able to communicate in English, not just Mandarin so they can communicate well. For HR managers/ management should also listen to the employee's side and be willing to create employee welfare programs.
    The good thingsPTB company is spacious, clean and modern (especially the new building in lot 127), the canteen is clean and comfortable and affordable for employees, for staff level only working for specialist, allowed to establish association according to each religion.
    The challengesSalary is too small, many sanctions , individualistic, jobdesc at the beginning of the job is not given so it is unclear, there is a difference in treatment between employees who can speak Mandarin and those who cannot, management that does not appreciate the employees, high employee turnover, etc.
