    Friendly and Highly Competitive
    The good thingsI was enjoyed the competitiveness of the team working of Human Capital/Human Resources team in PT Pegadaian (Persero) or we called it as Strategy Human Capital division in Pegadaian. Lot of HC/HR project has been accomplished. The mentor or supervisor and the other staff often help me to did a lot of administration and HC/HR stuff (Staffing and General HR). I did involved as administration staff in Managerial Development Program and Special Development Program of 2019 PT Pegadaian Recruitment.
    The challengesThe staff and supervision working theme are so fast. At the moment, I couldn't understand what kind of work should I did. I realize my weakness when suddenly working in the field that 180 degrees different than my college life. It amuse and challenging, I do really like that. I can catch the working theme after one month working with them.
