The challengesBanyak hal yang perlu saya lakukan bahkan diluar dari kemampuan saya dan saya menganggap hal tersebut merupakan hal yang tidak masalah bagi saya karena mendapatkan ilmu dan pengalaman baru dari pekerjaan tersebut

Good place with Good culture

The good thingsBenefits from medical reimbursement, healthcare insurance, and bpjs keternagakerjaan. They treat employees like family. Supportive, caring, and professional. The teamwork from senior employees with junior is good. Great facility with great people.

The challengesSalary and the workload. The workload that is not the same on the first agreement and They don't have HR staff. Maybe next time they should hire some HR people to divide the workload.
