    The good thingsSaya sangat suka bekerja di sini, karena beberapa hal, yang pertama, kita sebagai operator mendapat perlakuan sama dengan atsan level leader, spv dan lainnya, pekerjaan nya juga sesuai dengan gaji yang diterima dan setiap pekerjaan baru, kita akan di raining sampai benar2 faham dengan langkah kerja yg akan kita lakukan.

PCI, the Team Work among the team is one of a good thing which made us can be a survival in this company, everybody will feel the same pressure due to the product nature this where the team work come from.

    The good thingsIt was a good practice to start introduce proven system (SAP) to control most of company operation. Things become more efficient and easy to manage especially for setup of new products in the process of production launching. Team, especially engineering, can be more focused on improvement and other activities that not controlled by the SAP system.
    The challengesIt is very important to work professionally as a team. It is also important to understand how is the invested system working so that it will not by passed by person that causing nonstandard practice in operation execution.
