    Roller-coaster emotion working in PETRONAS
    The good thingsThe working environment is top notch, people here are generally very friendly and open. It's very easy to adapt with them. If I should mention other positive thing it would be the work life balance. I rarely worked overtime, most of my days spent at perfect 7 to 4.
    The challengesCareer development is almost none. You can stay forever at the same position without even knowing when is your time to be promoted and only God knows what the exact criteria needed to be promoted here. Totally not recommended for youngsters aka fresh graduates.
