    The good thingsFacility for employ are more than average (soft-loan, medical, mini-market, sport area, ATM, canteen, mosque etc.) Working rhythm was very slow (especially for office worker) There are annually bonus
    The challengesCareer path was very poor There are no biggest experiences gain for fresh graduate Poor HRD ( they have truly no power ) So many internal \"drama\" between employer
