    The good thingsperusahaan yang cocok untuk fresh graduate atau masih sedikit pengalaman. perusahaan yang bagus untuk mengalawi karir anda. benefit tunjangan kesehatan (BPJS), THR, & Bonus Tahunan bagi yang sudah menjadi karyawan & juga biaya komunikasi & transport.
    The challengesproses pengangkatan menjadi karyawan tetap hanya by lisan saja. tidak ada surat tertulis maupun email. perekrutan karyawan rata-rata lebih mengutamakan teman/saudara dari karyawan yang sudah tetap. manajemen harus lebih baik lagi dalam hal-hal yang menunjang kinerja pekerja, seperti laptop/komputer, lab untuk praktek, dsb.
