    Working at PT PAS is the first experience in my life that I trully regret
    The good thingsToilet bersih, gedung baru. Cukup bergengsi kalau mau upload story media sosial
    The challengesTerlalu banyak yang harus dibenahi, tapi tidak akan bisa karna top management merupakan orang dalam dari petinggi. HRD pun tidak bisa melakukan apapun terkait kebijakan disini. Tuntutan kerja yang tinggi , namun dalam prakteknya masih kurang komunikasi profesional. Masukan dan pendapat dinyatakan dengan cara personal dan merendahkan harga diri manusia.

Memang perkebunan memiliki target profit yang harus dicapai setiap hari, minggu, bulan dan tahun. Tapi perusahaan tidak lupa terhadap kewajiban agar perkebunan tidak merusak hutan. PT PAS go...go sustainabel dan roll model company..best
