SummaryThe good thingsOne of i have been survival is almost all of the employee giving me opportunity to develop hard skill and soft skill. Senior and engineering manager are very good leader, make me growing up and developing me to hard skill and soft skill. They are very competitive and very seeing young engineer growing up and developed.
Especially almost all of the employee and partner are good and capable.
The challengesMany things i decided resign.
1. Due i got typically project, i have been feeling can not be developed by knowledge and technology. They are only concern to Process and Mechanical.
2. Management necessary deep study about walfare and properly procedures to Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
3. Management is not transparant to benefit. It has bad management i think.
4. The most important i have been not survived and decided resign is Management does not give training software, management or whatever that the employee need based on position.
