    The good thingsHubungan kekeluargaan antar karyawan baik di saat bekerja maupun diluar kantor cenderung baik, perusahaan sdh cukup baik utk memberikan jaminan kesehatan berupa asuransi lain.
    The challengesBeban pekerjaan yg tdk di imbangi dgn SDM nya membuat para karyawan mengerjakan dan menangani lebih dari satu pekerjaan belom lagi perpindahan karyawan yang bukan keahliannya sehingga terkesan lamban sehingga client banyak yang komplain karna pelayanan kurang memuaskan dan utk kesejahteraan staff masih kurang di perhatikan
