    The compensation given is nett and tax will paid by company
    The good thingsWe have lots of benefit as added value of company most employee are feel grateful. A lot of senior people which has good communication. Union and management are making good relationship or networking. The company already more than 40 years in Indonesia and the maturity are well. Every level promotion will bring good compensation to the employee. What they need to improve only for high technology also the digital matter need to be used after the pandemic.
    The challengesIt is good for people who live in Tangerang but it is very challenging for people who live outside Tangerang. But the company compensate very well for managerial level. They pay for the risk such as fuel and toll

    selama saya bekerja banyak hal baru yang saya temukan.. apalagi perusahaan tersebut di bidang kimia.. dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan yang saya miliki saya pun berusaha untuk mudah dan cepat dalam memahami.
