    The good thingsBudaya 3S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam) benar-benar diterapkan dari karyawan level bawah sampai Direksi. Kebersihan lingkungan perusahaan benar-benar terjaga. Semua karyawan sangat menjunjung tinggi kekeluargaan dan kebersamaan.
    The challengesSaya bekerja sambil kuliah, dan ini benar-benar merepotkan bagi saya yang ingin menolak lemburan. Saya sangat benci sekali kerja lembur karena hal tersebut menjadikan diri saya kurang maksimal untuk menghasilkan karya dari bidang lain. Sehingga saya memutuskan untuk resign dari perusahaan ini, dan itu adalah konsekuensi yang harus saya jalani.
