    The good thingsBanyak membina silatuhrami dengan berbagai vendor. Teman yg bukan setim malah jauh lebih baik dan suka menolong.
    The challengesSenioritas. Hrd tidak tegas terhadap karyawan yg suka membully bawahannya. Dikarenakan karyawan tsb adalah aset perusahaan. Pdhl karyawan tsb sering berlaku tidak adil terhadap bawahannya. Hati hati saja.
