The good thingssebagai field facilitator atau penyuluh lapang saya merasakan pengalaman yang luar biasa. Dituntut harus menjadi pribadi yang berani tanggungjawab, berani tampil didepan, serta bertemu dan berhadapan dengan orang banyak dengan sifat dan karakter yang berbeda-beda. Menurut saya hal tersebut dapat melatih mental dan softskill kita terutama public speaking kita didepan umum.
The challengesbeberapa kesulitan dilapangan yang saya rasakan adalah ketika memberikan penyampaian ataupun penyuluhan dikelompok, selalu saja tidak semua anggota bisa hadir memenuhi undangan dikarenakan beberapa kesibukan petani. Kemudian ketika kunjungan kerumah petani tidak selalu saya menemukan petani berada dirumah.
