    The good thingsKerjasama team jahit dan pola baik. Hub dg staf lain harus lebih saling menjaga dan menghargai.Semua masalah bisa dikomunikasikan dg baik karena ada brefing pagi tiap difisi. Dan ada pembinaan rohani bersama.
    The challengesMenurut saya banyak hal yg bisa dilakukan dengan baik di perusahaan ini.Asal bukan karena isue yg dibesar2kan dari satu oknum yg ingin berkuasa. Dan seharusnya perusahaan dan owner tidak boleh terpengaruh kebijaksanaannya sehingga merugikan pihak2 yg lemah.
