    The good thingsSemua orang di pt ini ramah ramah dan saling terbuka untuk menyalurkan keluh kesah. Sdm di sini selalu bekerja keras. Selalu menerima karyawan baru.
    The challengesBanyak kelalaiyan terjadi tapi tidak ada penyelesaian. Fasilitas yang di tawarkan cukup kurang memadai sehingga dalam pengolahan pekerjaan cukup sulit. Pencapaian target susah untuk di capai di karenakan tatanan peraturan tidak tercontrol.
