    The good thingsDidukung dengan training-training yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan. Selalu ada perbaikan sistem yang dapat mendukung hasil dan efisiensi kinerja karyawan. Adanya hiburan panggung atau rekreasi setahun sekali agar mengurangi ketegangan dalam kerja.
    The challengesPerbaikan sistem ERP yang lambat mengakibatkan terhambatnya perkembangan kinerja karyawan. Sulitnya minta fasilitas elektronik baru (misal: printer, mouse, cpu) yang sudah sering rusak/ sudah tidak layak pakai.
