    The good thingsmeskipun statusnya tetap, tidak mesti absen setiap hari. absen berdasarkan hari mengajar saja. ini menyenangkan, karena artinya punya banyak waktu luang yang bisa digunakan untuk keperluan lain. soal gaji, meski dalam kategori lumayan secara angka, tapi bisa menjadi baik, jika aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan kampus, karena banyak bonus.
    The challengessedikit kesulita atau ribet, soal jaminan kesehatan. sejauh ini kampus memberikan jaminan kesehatan mandiri yang hanya bisa digunakan diklinik kampus, dan rumah sakit afiliasi. sehingga seandainya sedah jauh dari kampus dan rumah sakit afiliasi, kemudian sakit berat, ini agak repot soal pembiayaan.

    The challengeskarena mahasiswa di universitas pamulang mencapaii 63 ribu orang maka bayangkan bila mereka pulang kuliah pada hari sabtu maka akan terjadi ribuan bahkan puluhan ribu motor yang parkir dan susah pulang
