    A company that continues to grow from time to time
    The good thingsFive work days is great which means i have two days hodilday. The Company don't have uniform for office employees. We have one day leave quota every month that can be accumulated. Facilities for employee are free parking area, water refill, pantry, many meeting rooms, and so on.
    The challengesIt has heavy working load, then we should work fast. There are many employees work there, so we should coordinate with many people. And also there is no overtime fee but your works should be done.

    The good thingsMempunyai banyak tantangan kerja disaat menghadapi kondisi tidak ideal, lingkungan kerja ckp memadai dan hubungan antar rekan kerja sangat baik
    The challengesAda link yg terputus antara top manajemen sampai ke bawah, pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan like and dislike, terlalu banyak dipolitisasi dan bermain pencitraan shg kurang baik scr organisasi khususnya bgmn memberdayakan karyawan sbg asset perusahaan, atasan mencari aman dan krg bisa mjd leader yg baik (krg bisa mengembangkan potensi bawahan)
