    Working place with nice vibe
    The good things- Jenjang karir sesuai dengan kontribusi, can be fast if you have great contribution to the company, so does the salary - Work life balance, 5 hari kerja 2 hari off, lembur hanya jika dibutuhkan - Ruang kerja nyaman, staff relatif bisa diajak koordinasi dan cukup akrab, konflik sometimes ada karena bekerja dengan banyak orang, tetapi tidak berkepanjangan - Manajemen cukup baik helpful dan mempertimbangkan masukan yang baik dari staff
    The challenges- Must be adaptable, siap jika harus mempelajari tugas-tugas baru yang belum pernah dihandle sebelumnya - Beberapa proses/laporan masih dalam pengembangan aplikasi sehingga perlu dikerjakan manual

    The good thingsSo friendly co-workers, so comfortable place, feels like you are not work at office, no pressure, laugh everyday but still doing job seriously. Co-workers feels like family. So nice, what i want for a work environment. Team that always support me every time.
    The challengesReport to head office, everything should become as what they want without knowing here situation. It's depend about how you survive and adaptation here.
