The challengesIf only management didnt treat their employee so low, show little appreciation and should have treat them like asset instead. Management doesnt have clear strategy to run their immature plan and change their vision every short of period and doesnt care if that hurt their employee. Organization structure can change at anytime because of that, and sadly they act like it's their employee performance that drive that. Huge pressure worked here yet no appreciation at all. Great disappointment worked for this company overall. Start up company. Very not recommended for those who need a sustain career.
