    I happen to work in a fairly prestigious department in this company, so it is not too difficult to adapt to the surrounding environment. Working here provides its own experiences and challenges, because this company is still in the development stage and is not yet fully systematized properly. The leader is good at always giving treatment to subordinates but cannot understand properly how the concept of internal management works, instead focusing more on customers. The important thing is the goal
    The good thingsWork is relaxed if you know the loopholes, working outside working hours (over time) will be paid well.
    The challengesPolitics in this company are quite thick, but it doesn't really affect those who don't have an interest. If you want to advance, you have to be diligent in showing up. Working in the production support section is a challenge in itself because you have to be ready to be called even outside of working hours.
