    The challengesTerlalu subjektif dengan orang lama (kerja yang sudah puluhan tahun), zaman sudah modern mindset management harus lebih luas dan objektif ke karyawan baru. Pokoknya disini jangan ditunjukin skills yang gak sesuai jobdesknya, karena kalau ditunjukin akan jadi jobdesk tambahan secara permanent dan yah ga dapat bonus atau naik gaji apapun.
