The challengesI must be able to capture AS-IS business process, and give back the solutions in a TO-BE business process along with a scheduled implementation period, project phase reviews, numbers of implementor that will be involved and certainly, the investment cost for client. This process is more like a measurement whether all resources in consultant side will be able to meet client expectation about ERP solution that they plan to buy.
