    The good thingsOrix give me many lessons, opportunities to improving my skill. They give me many training such as english course, MS. Office course. The work environment is fair and its good for mental health. They have good health insurance.
    The challengesI must have multi tasking ability. To do many kind of jobs at the same time. Such as I have to finish my daily job, and my monthly job ( exp: monthly report) at the same day. Sometimes i have to answer my my boss or juniors question.

    The good thingsPretty good working atmosphere and the people around me are quite nice. The workload is still manageable and you'll get used to it. The facilities are enough to keep you working and don't expect too much, since it is not Google. The challenges are the changes that are quite often and you must adapt to them. I don't know about the other divisions problems, but I'm quite sure know about my division and the troubles in it. I'll just keep working until I'm sure to quit and start another journey in another company.

    The challengesSiapapun yang bilang dikantor ini ada work life balance sudah pasti bukan di divisi CA. Job load yang berlebihan, tekanan dan tuntutan yang berlebih dan tidak disesuaikan dengan keadaan dari manajemen, serta terlalu banyak tugas tambahan, job desk menjadi tidak jelas. Jam kerja terlalu malam hanya untuk mengejar KPI, personil yang terlalu sedikit, jenjang karir yang obyektif tanpa ada kejelasan standard apa yang digunakan. Sering terjadi double standard karena beda atasan.
