    Normal job with no career opportunity
    The good thingsThe good thing is, u can work just according to working time, can have spare time for your social or personal life. but no improvement for your career, this is like a family company that is managed purely by their family. and the management is still a bit messy, so you are expected to do multiple job with same amount of salary.
    The challengesChallenge only last if you haven't work before, you get to learn new things from this company for several month, but they are not that open for you to learn from other department. that is okay but they also expect you to do multiple job which is not really your jobdesk.
