    The good thingsThe salary is delayed from August 2023 till December 2023. In fact, the installments cannot be clear for one month (august) salary. So, good bye for this company.

    The good thingsSelama saya bekerja di Orbit Future Academy. Saya mendapatkan lingkungan pekerjaan yang luar biasa dengan team yang saling mendukung, saling komunikasi, dan pastinya bekerja bisa dimana saja untuk AI Instructor. Untuk divisi yang lain biasanya ke office agar bisa saling komunikasi dan bertemu rekan kerja.
    The challengesUntuk kesulitan biasanya paling kurangnya arahan dari team manajemen dan tidak adanya komunikasi jika ada informasi penting bagi karyawan yang menjalani work from home atau anywhere. Padahal komunikasi dalam bekerja sangatlah penting ketika ada kegiatan atau informasi yang sangat penting.
