    Good place to get some experiences
    The good thingsAs fresh graduate, this place was good to get some experiences, the owner gives you the opportunity to growing your skills, but as we know, as a consultant, we have a responsibility to achieve our goal/target in team work or independently.
    The challengesWe have to learning by ourselves about how to be a good consultant and achieve our goals, we have to know everything to help our client solving the problem.

    The good thingsUntuk fresh graduate, bisa direkomendasikan sebagai mencari pengalaman bekerja untuk jenjang karier sebagai konsultan IT. Tips-nya harus fokus pada pencapaian kinerja dan self-learning.
    The challengesTerkadang hari libur masih dibebani oleh pekerjaan. Pembagian kerja dimana satu orang bisa merangkap pekerjaan yang lain.

    The good thingsBelajar hal-hal baru disini, ilmu yang tidak di dapat saat kuliah. Team sangat supportive dan fun-going. Jam kerja yang cukup flexible (jika blm masuk project).. Selebihnya baik-baik & positif, asal mau bekerja keras dan belajar giat aja.
    The challengesSama lah ya seperti kebanyakan perusahaan konsultan lainnya. Work life balance disini tidak terlalu baik, terutama saat ada project dan harus selesai dalam tenggat waktu yang sudah ditetapkan. Mempelajari hal & tools baru juga tidak semudah yang atasan bayangkan bawahannya bisa cepat tanggap, semua perlu proses.

    The good thingsKerjasama tim sangat baik, banyak belajar hal baru dan lingkungan pekerjaan sangat baik. Hubungan antara atasan, senior dan junior baik sehingga kekeluargaannya sangat kental. selalu ada gathering setiap satu bulan sekali.
    The challengesKesulitan lebih banyak dihadapi pada teknis pekerjaan. Tidak ada kesulitan mengenai hubungan dan komunikasi dengan rekan kerja dan atasan. Lebih banyak dituntut untuk belajar sendiri, namun sangat berguna dalam melatih kemandirian.
