Pada perusahaan tersebut, saya mendapatkan sebuah pengalaman dan bidang yang benar-benar baru. seperti cara penggunaan Electonik Cash Register (ECR), Printer Barcode, Scanner Barcode, Receipt Printer dan Software POS atau Software Kasir. Serta menghandle keluhan customer yang baik secara lisan maupun by remote.
    The challengesBelum diberikannya materi tentang Networking secara mendalam. Hanya diberikan materi berupa crimping cable dan test LAN Cable. Dan materi service receipt printer, Electronic Cash Register, scanner barcode, printer barcode, serta PC Kasir belum diberikan kesempatan praktek langsung secara detail.
