    Omron has an unique value as principal and manufacturer.
    The good thingsOmron makes me really understand about how to contribute to a better society through the width line up product do we have. And also Omron has a high discretion to all employee and appreciate the diversity among us. The best reporting in the world I said due to the report contents are so detail and not general it is very specific and focus on.
    The challengesBecause of my position is section head then I ought to manage team and also manage the detail reporting to HQ nevertheless somtimes it makes almost my duty piles up but as a professional worker I have to accomplish it all without complaining. I thought it could be an obstruction to whom that did not like detail and analytical.

    The good thingsThe test to get into this company is very easy and it's very easy working here even the leader in my work place is lil bit harsh but the employees here is so kind, there is so many over timeon sat day or sunday in my work place so the salary is extremely high for me, I can get almost Rp.8 Million every month
    The challengesBad things that I can't enjoy from this company is because the leaders on my work place often get mad maybe almost everyday and shout to us for lil mistake. And the cafetaria on this company is not realy good for me, because there is only a delicious food at morning shift, so when we work at night there is just an ordinary food
