    perusahaan start up yang sangat mengasah skill problem solving
    The good thingsbanyak belajar hal baru terkait penyelesaian masalah, gaji sesuai umk setiap kota, sangat rekomen utk kalian yg fresh graduate ingin mencari pengalaman kerja tidak untuk jangka panjang, dilatih untuk tahan banting, banyak ilmu baru yang di dapatkan dengan dunia otomotif, kesempatan untuk bertatap muka dengan orang baru dan menjalin relasi
    The challenges* jenjang karir yang masih belum jelas * melatih tanggung jawab yang sangat besar * jam kerja yang disaat tanggal merah atau libur nasional/keagamaan tetap masuk, sangat tidak cocok utk yg sudah berkeluarga * tidak ada tunjangan maupun upah lembur * minim akan perhatian dari atasan terhadap bawahan * turnover perusahaan yang sangat tinggi * sulit menyampaikan inspirasi/ide

    The good thingsSelama sudah 1,5 tahun : Lingkungan yg cukup nyaman, gaji sesuai standar, suatu kebanggaan bisa bekerja di perusahaan yg besar, melatih problem solving yg sangat baik..
    The challengesKesejahteraan karyawan yg sangat buruk, jenjang karir yg kurang jelas, tgl merah/libur nasional masuk. Jgn berharap lembur dpt tambahan
