    Alur pendaftaran yang belum terstruktur
    The good things1. Setelah diinterview (kamis, 13/1), saya diberitahukan oleh recruiter untuk stand by di hari besoknya (14/1) agar mengikuti trainning dua hari berturut2. Namun tìdak ada kabar sama sekali dari pihak recruiter sampai hari senin (19/1). Hari senin diundang untuk masuk grup. Lalu dihari Jum'at ditrainning di hari pertama, sabtu dilanjutkan namun ada masalah teknis. Di grup dikomunikasikan untuk melihat jadwal baru, yg mana untuk trainning kedua ada di hari selasa kamis jam 2 siang. Tapi di hari selasanya saya (semua anggota kcuali recruiter) di kick dari grup.
    The challenges1. Komunikasi para recruiter tidak terstruktur. 2. Trainer kurang menguasai pembahasan. 3. Kurang profesional dalam membuat alur pendaftaran. 4. Tiba-tiba di kick dari grup tanpa pemberitahuan yang jelas

    The good thingsTerma kasih atas kesempatan yang diberikan untuk saya dalam mengembangkan diri saya ke hal-hal baru lainnya yang sebelumnya belum sempat saya lalui. Saya akan berusaha lebih lagi dalam memberikan kontribusi terbaik saya untuk perusahaan baik Olsera ataupun Zenwel yang saat ini saya jalankan. ^^
    The challengesSejauh ini tidak ada yang terlalu urgent untuk dihadapi, segala tantangan akan selalu diupayakan untuk dapat dilalui agar bisa melewati masa-masa sulit itu. Sehingga ketika semuanya telah diperjuangkan, kesulitan itu pun berubah menjadi sebuah pelajaran berharga. _/\_
