    Sebagai perusahaan rintisan, akan selalu ada perubahan dan ketidakpastian di setiap hari/minggu.
    The good thingsHasil akan baik jika atasan menyukai anda (like / dislike sangat tinggi dan tidak terukur dengan KPI karena KPI pun tidak ada)
    The challengesMungkin bisa di perbaiki jika berganti kepemilikan (owner) karena tidak akan dapat di perbaiki karena permasalahan ada pada ownernya.
