    Hak karyawan terhadap sistem pembayaran Lumsum (uang lapangan)
    The good things- project yang cukup banyak - tidak terlalu dituntut banyak dalam segi pekerjaan
    The challenges- cukup buruk untuk sistem pembayaran uang lapangan (lumsum) karena sangat membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mencairkan uang tersebut padahal itu termasuk hak karyawan yang bertugas di site project. - prosedur pencairan uang lapangan yang rumit dan berputar-putar membuat karyawan dirugikan. - sistem kontrak yang tidak transparan, dan sewaktu-waktu dapat berubah sesuai dengan kemauan perusahaan.
