    The challenges1.Kurang keterbukaannya antara Staff dan Management mengenai pembagian Service Charge,dan perhitungan detail pembagian gaji dalam perusahaan,2.Selalu terjadi pemuduran waktu Gaji dan Service Charge dengan waktu yang pernah di tentukan,3.Proses pengambilan Jaminan Ijazah yang terlalu lama dan mengulur waktu jika kita ingin perlukan.
