    The good thingsLingkungan bekerja yang sangat baik, mengusung kekeluargaan. Banyak pengalaman yang saya dapat disini. Mulai dari pengembangan diri, komunikasi, dan skill. Bekerja sama dengan vendor lain selaku kontraktok maupun subkontraktor membuat skill komunikasi saya meningkat. Pengalaman bekerja di Site/lapangan juga banyak mendapatkan ilmu dan pelajaran baru. Yang semua pengalaman tersebut berguna untuk di masa mendatang.
    The challengesHarus bisa memahami job desk dan planning ke depan. Bekerja sama dengan semua supervisor agar pengerjaan project dapat terselesaikan dengan baik. Improvement kadang dilakukan sehingga kita harus bisa support.
