    The good thingsLingkungan kerja timnya solid dan saling bantu. Sistem kerja shift jelas, jadi work-life balance masih bisa dijaga. Perusahaan juga rutin kasih training safety & SIO untuk operator forklift, jadi skill nambah. Saya menikmati proses "picking & packing" karena ada target harian yang jelas. Rasanya puas tiap lihat area gudang rapi dan semua order terkirim tepat waktu. Kerja fisik tapi hasilnya langsung kelihatan.
    The challengesTantangan terbesar ada di jam sibuk menjelang akhir bulan & peak season. Volume barang naik 2-3x lipat tapi target waktu tetap sama, jadi sering lembur. Cuaca gudang juga panas karena area loading dock sering buka-tutup. Sistem WMS/inventory masih sering manual saat stock opname, jadi rawan selisih. Kalau sistemnya di-upgrade dan scanner lebih banyak, proses checker & admin warehouse bisa 2x lebih cepat. Komunikasi antara tim logistik & gudang juga bisa lebih rutin.
