    Semua hal dalam kehidupan tdk ada yg sempurna, jalani & dicoba dulu.
    The good thingsSalah satu perushn distributor IT brand yg sdh ternama, produk sdh sangat dikenal customer. ada Bpjs, cuti, thr, katering, tunjangan yg std. utk karyawan seperti halnya di kantor lain ada yg baik, akrab ada pula yg toxic, ada yg sombong senioritas, ada yg jadi anak emas, ada yg jadi anak buangan tergantung ada divisi mana.. Kalau yg cari pengalaman utk isi CV bolehlah berkarier disini tapi utk loyalitas wah coba aja jalanin sampe mana kuatnya dirimu. Cocok bisa teruskan, tdk cocok tinggalkan cari lagi.
    The challengesJajaran Bod / div head yg otoriter, maunya volume sales terus meningkat tiap kuarter dgn budget promo seminim mungkin. tdk mau dengar tdk mau tau kalimat penjualan menurun. Target pasti naik per thn kadang per Q tapi tdk fair dlm perhitungan dan penyesuaian sales insentif. Target di setting setinggi cita cita dilangit biru membuat tdk semangat utk ngejarnya pula..Tambah lagi Birokrasi internal yg super njelimet bikin mumet. Disini bos adalah pimpinan yg harus ditakuti bkn pemimpin yg menularkan visi inovasi yg memberi semangat teamnya. Dan jgn berharap jenjang karir berkembang disini.
