    Pretty good for a local IT company
    The good thingstraining and certifications are still free when I was there. So many friendly and nice people here. the projects are all amazing low of stress level for sales department the turn over is quite high for marketing department, the budget is overload
    The challengesno room of improvement no career advance, because the structure is quite lean we have so many directors compare to managers that was a mistake. so many smart people leaving the company it's such a pity because they were learnt here.

Selain itu Compnet adalah rumah kedua bagi saya karena hubungan antara saya dan rekan kerja seperti keluarga. Enjoy your job !
