    The good thingsPerusahaan ini cukup ramah buat karyawan level pemula. Manajemennya biasanya cukup toleran sama kesalahan kecil atau pelanggaran ringan, jadi para junior bisa belajar tanpa takut langsung kena hukuman. Tapi, toleransi buat kesalahan besar baik yang berdampak ataupun engga ke kita, biasanya cuma berlaku buat karyawan senior yang udah kerja lama.
    The challengesSemakin lama bekerja, semakin kuat. Jadi kadang politik internalnya agak nggak stabil. Gajinya juga kurang bersaing buat posisi menengah ke atas, apabila dibandingkan dengan perusahaan terkait dan skala yang sama.
