    The good thingsZona nyaman buat yg kudet, tidak cepat tanggap dan santuy people. Buat cari pengalaman fresh grad 1th saja cukup (you can't learn here).
    The challengesPolitik yg sangat kuat, digitalisasi yg sangat minus membuat sdm kudet, pkwt seumur hidup, banyak level managerial sampai BOD yg tidak bisa memimpin dan tidak solutif, tunjangan hanya berlaku untuk manager up, jobdesk dan sop tidak jelas, banyak karyawan yg kurang respect satu sama lain, tidak cocok untuk jiwa millenials, 3th kerja tidak ada kenaikan gaji.

Begitu banyak pengalaman yang saya dapatkan
