    The good thingsFasilitas, tunjangan dll lumayan. Teman kerjanya ramah, dan baik. Mudah untuk beradaptasi.
    The challengesAdaptasi dengan suhu lingkungan yang cukup panas di area produksi. Dan masa - masa training anak baru, tapi itu tergantung bagian penempatan kerja ada yang mudah, dan ada yang butuh waktu untuk tahap training.
